Culture 

Strong teams power schools. Teams are built through relationships and a shared goal. In my life, I've been blessed to be able to build and rebuild culture in so many different, challenging, and unique settings. Coaching youth sports, an old summer job, many Marine platoons, and all of the public schools I've served have proven to me that what matters is focusing on the people on those teams and helping them be their best selves. Some call that ability leadership, but if you were an outsider looking in, you'd just notice our positive culture.
